My Work

Academics

I recently completed my graduate studies at MIT and received my second Masters degree as well as the more advanced degree of ‘Engineer in Computer Science’. My research was in the field of Computer Vision, and was advised by Professor Bill Freeman in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.

My research while at MIT is well-represented by my thesis, which can be downloaded here:

Bayesian Approaches to Bilinear Inverse Problems Involving Spatial Evidence: Color Constancy and Blind Image Deconvolution &nbsp (pdf file, approx. 2 Mb)

Prior to coming to MIT, I received my Masters from the University of Michigan in 2001, with focus on control theory. My undergraduate education was from 1995-1999 at Auburn University, with dual majors in Electrical Engineering and Economics.
